These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solutions12 PLATFORM Software as a Service ("SaaS") booking platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
